Notice of Shanghai Jing’an District People’s Government on Implementing the Procedures of Shanghai Municipality for the Employment and Social Security of Agricultural Persons with Peasants Collectively Owned Land Expropriated

Attention: all Committees, Offices and Bureaus (Administrations) of the District People’s Government, Pengpu Town People’s Government, and the land acquisition pension management units:

In order to further improve the social security work of the land-requisitioned pensioners in this District, according to the spirit of the Notice of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government on Printing and Distributing the Procedures of Shanghai Municipality for the Employment and Social Security of Agricultural Persons with Peasants Collectively Owned Land Expropriated (SMPG G [2017] No. 15), in line with the District’s actual situation, we hereby notify you of the following requirements for the implementation of the work concerned:

First, as required by the Municipal People’s Government, the district-level overall management is exercised on land-requisitioned pensioners, and Pengpu Town pensioners change to Jing’an District land requisitioned pensioners, whose required funds are resolved in the original channel with service still in the charge of the Retirement and Pension Agency of Pengpu Town.

Second, according to the economic development and price changes in this District, the specific provisions on the medical expenses reimbursement standards, living expenses, festive subsidies, funeral subsidies and one-time relief fees of land-requisitioned pensioners under the district-level overall management shall be formulated by the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the District Finance Bureau.

Third, the living expenses, festive subsidies, funeral subsidies and one-time relief fees of land-requisitioned pensioners under the management of all Commissions, Offices, Bureaus (Administrations), and (Group) companies, and the relevant units shall refer to the district standards; the medical expense standard shall be not lower than the district standard. The expenses shall continue to be settled by the units in the original channels.

    Fourth, this Notice shall be effective as of April 1, 2017 and shall remain valid until March 31, 2022.
