Optimize service, improve quality, enhance ability and consolidate “development force”

After learning the “first-hand” situation that the rental period of its original offices of InterBridge Group Shanghai (IBG Shanghai) in JA Gohigh Building expired and the company had to relocate for development demands, the Station marked it “unstable,” and immediately took the initiative to contact relevant responsible persons of the Sub-district, and Investment Office of Jing’an District and other departments concerned to visit the company and serve it precisely based on its needs. This action not only helped the enterprise find the new appropriate offices timely, but also assisted it in successfully completing centralized registration, and strengthened its determination to pursue development in Jing’an District.

Providing better enterprise service requires both technology empowerment and also the enthusiasm and efforts of building Party-mass workers. During the “building survey” process, Wang Shan, a building Party-mass worker of Park Place, after learning the “information” that Eisai China Inc. hoped to establish a new company of developing the IoT business, constantly contacted the responsible person of the company to communicate about its progress and demands at any time, and also reported to the Sub-district in a timely manner. Afterwards, the Sub-district and the District jointly launched the mechanism of handling special cases with special methods to ensure considerate enterprise service and proper implementation of tax registration, and helped the enterprise solve various problems in registration and business. At present, the new enterprise has successfully signed the contract and been settled in Jing’an District.

At about 6:00 a.m., Hu, a white-collar worker, enters the outpatient building of Huashan Hospital of Fudan University to provide guide services such as electronic registration and self-service payment for patients in the hospital for one hour before going to work. White-collar Party members re-nurture the community in the manner of volunteer services. Meanwhile, grass-roots Party branches of enterprises also act as pioneers to serve the community by claiming public benefit projects: decorating walls with colored paintings with community residents, updating the stereoscopic greening on walls, doing haircut for residents in need in the community, taking care of the elderly with Alzheimer’s disease in the community, conducting evaluation, screening and publicity of Alzheimer’s disease, etc. The linkage effect of joint Party-mass building and public benefit interaction has made the community become more humane and warmer, and won the honor of “the National Most Beautiful Volunteer Service Community in 2021” for Jing’an Temple Sub-district.
