(Text by Reporter Huang Jingjing/ Photo by Reporter Yu Ruwen) At 4:00 p.m. on the afternoon of July 29, the validation ceremony of the second round of solicitation for the old urban area reconstruction project of Block 115 of Jing’an District was held at the Old Urban Area Reconstruction Base.
The work of signing the compensation agreement on the house imposition for the old urban area reconstruction project of Block 115 of Jing’an District was formally carried out at 9:00 a.m. on the morning of July 21, 2018. On that day, 508 residents possessing property ownership certificates signed the agreement, with a resident signature rate of 92.03%, which meant that the goal of letting the agreement come into effect on the first day of the signature was accomplished. By 4:00 p.m. of July 29, 547 residents possessing property ownership certificates had signed the compensation agreement, and the resident signature rate had reached to 99.09%. An official of Jing’an District Construction and Administration Commission announced that the compensation agreement on the house imposition in this area had come into effect officially. At the ceremony site, the residents voluntarily sent banners of commendation to the sub-district and relevant departments to express their gratitude.
The old urban area reconstruction project of Block 115 involves 568 property owners, among which, there are 552 residents and 16 units. As the first old urban area reconstruction base in Jing’an District of 2018, since April 21, 2018, when the opinion solicitation was passed and the renovation was formally carried out, with the residents’ engagement and support, as well as the coordination and cooperation of relevant departments, the Old Urban Area Reconstruction Special Plan Headquarters of the sub-district has conducted a series of work including conducting plan solicitation, selecting the assessment company, holding resident symposiums and hearings, and organizing people to view the houses, to draw numbers, to choose houses, and to sign the contracts. Through the hard work of nearly 100 days and nights, the agreement came into effect on the first day of the signature with a high signature rate, firing the first shoot of the old area reconstruction work of Jing’an District in 2018.
