Gu Dingjun, female and a Han Chinese, born in July 1977, with a master’s degree from the Party School of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, member of the CPC. Current member of the Standing Committee of and Director of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Jing’an District Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group of the CPPCC Shanghai Jing’an District Committee, and President of the Jing’an District Institute of Socialism.
