Bao Yingjing, female and a Han Chinese, born in March 1960, with an on-the-job bachelor’s degree, Bachelor’s Degree of Management, member of China Association for Promoting Democracy. Current member of the Central Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy, member of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of China Association for Promoting Democracy, and Vice Chairperson of the CPPCC Jing’an District Committee.
