On October 13, as one of the urban renewal projects in Jing'an District, the Jing'an Royal Garden Aesthetic Demonstration Area created by the Shanghai Northern Enterprise (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Group") was officially opened to the public. Serving as the Group's flagship project within the inner ring of Jing'an, the Jing'an Royal Garden Aesthetic Demonstration Area showcases a new way of quality life for Jing'an residents.

In Jing'an Royal Garden, the buildings, with their Shanghai-style facades, landscaped gardens, grand entrance halls, underground parking, and show houses, are all open to the public, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The unveiling of the residential community is accompanied by the debut of two themed showrooms. The classic combination of stone and aluminum panels on the Shanghai-style architectural facades exudes a distinctive local charm. From the stone features at the entrance to the water features, sculptures, and intricate Shanghai-style mosaic pavements inside, every detail is a sight to behold and appreciate.                           

For a focal point of the aesthetic demonstration area opening, a professional team was invited to meticulously craft the space. The meticulously designed interiors create an enhanced living environment, featuring triple-glazed soundproof windows, fresh air systems, underfloor heating, and central air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable and convenient lifestyle for residents. Additionally, smart features such as video intercoms, lighting controls, HVAC systems, and mobile remote access provide a safe and secure living experience.
