On December 18, a career education exploration, exhibition and exchange activity themed "All-around Development of Education to Seek Full Evolution of Human Beings" took place at Shanghai Qingyun Senior Middle School in Jing'an District. This activity aims to build momentum for career education in the district, enhance the depth of its educational offerings, and empower students in their career development, fostering their overall happiness and growth.

During the activity, three representatives from the grassroots schools shared their experience in quality career education projects.

Shanghai Minli Middle School launched career education experiential activities centered around the integration of five educations, including school sports festivals, humanities festivals, and garden parties, under the title "Integrated Experience for Nourishing Students". Wang Jie, Vice President of Shanghai Shixi Middle School, delivered a speech titled "Walking on Yuyuan Road for Exploring Careers", showcasing the school's innovative approach of leveraging community resources through the "Walking on Yuyuan Road" project to inspire student growth. Sanquan Road Primary School introduced "Sow a Seed, Let Your Wish Germinate", establishing a career education project named "Happy Farmer in the School", which organically merges existing experiential activities with career education within its "Ecological Park."

Following two rounds of development and construction, Jing'an District has successfully incubated 15 high-quality career education projects and awarded certificates to the schools that excelled.

During the presentation of students' career activities, Shanghai Shixi High School showcased a performance titled "The Pursuit of Dreams with No Regrets", while Qingyun Senior Middle School presented "Meet You and Rush to a Better Self". Additionally, the Affiliated Primary School of Shanghai No.1 Normal School performed "Small Tasks Reflect Big Dreams".

Following that, experts confirmed Jing'an District's commitment to the concept of "all-around development of education" and its goal of nurturing resilient, capable and responsible individuals. They also acknowledged the district's efforts in designing career guidance courses, mapping career paths, and creating collaborative practice bases for career education.

Moving forward, Jing'an District will enhance the inspirational role of career education, strengthen its guidance function, and promote the integration of AI in career education, aiming to advance the comprehensive development of regional career education and support the holistic growth of students as individuals.
