On January 3, Zhong Xiaoyong, Secretary of the CPC Jing'an District Committee, and Zhai Lei, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Jing'an District Committee and Jing'an District Mayor met with a delegation led by Executive Chairman Victor Cha Mou Zing of HKR International Limited (HKRI) to discuss further cooperation. Deputy District Mayor Yang Yi also attended.
