On June 3, Zhong Xiaoyong, Secretary of the CPC Jing'an District Committee, and Mei Guangqing, Deputy District Mayor and member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jing'an District Committee, visited the Finance Bureau of Jing'an District to review work reports and outline work requirements.

In his speech, Zhong commended the Bureau for its efforts. He noted that since last year, the Bureau has contributed to a strong start in general public budget revenue at the district level, aligning its efforts with the decisions and strategies of CPC Jing'an District Committee and Jing'an District People's Government. This support has ensured the district’s stable growth and enhanced the district's confidence in future development.

Regarding future work plans, Zhong emphasized the following priorities:

 

1. Ensuring stable growth: The Bureau should keep contributing to the district-level fiscal revenue, expanding tax sources, and consolidating the tax base.

2. Fostering innovation: Opening channels for fund utilization and enhancing coordination among resources, funding, and people's livelihoods are essential to support the district's development.

3. Improving fund utilization efficiency: The Bureau should strive to increase the fund execution rate, particularly for stabilizing growth and safeguarding people's livelihoods.

4. Implementing targeted measures: The Bureau should ensure effective efforts for transformation and reform in Jing'an District.

5. Promoting the professional service sector: The Bureau should understand the current overseas service system and employ economic strategies to analyze industry development trends.

6. Aligning efforts with the 15th Five-Year Plan: The Bureau should strategically calculate and plan medium- and long-term fiscal fund allocation to ensure efficient resource distribution.

7. Enhancing the effectiveness of financial and accounting supervision: The Bureau should streamline financial management practices, strengthen management foundations, and refine work mechanisms.
