On July 11, Zhong Xiaoyong, Secretary of the CPC Jing'an District Committee, held a symposium with the 13th batch of cadres and talents from Jing'an District who are about to head to Yunnan for pairing assistance and support. The CPC Jing'an District Committee and Jing'an District People's Government have attached great emphasis on this year's program of dispatching Party and government cadres and talents to assist Yunnan since its launch, ensuring optimal selection and matching roles with individuals. A total of six Party and government cadres were assigned to assist Yunnan, along with five medical professionals and seven educational talents for coordinated joint assistance.
On behalf of the CPC Jing'an District Committee and the Jing'an District People's Government, Zhong Xiaoyong extended greetings and expressed gratitude to the new batch of cadres and talents assisting Yunnan and their families. Zhong Xiaoyong emphasized that implementing east-west cooperation and pairing assistance represents a significant strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee.
The newly assigned cadres and talents assisting Yunnan should elevate their political stance, embrace the greater good of the nation, and earnestly enhance their sense of responsibility and mission for conducting pairing assistance. They should strengthen their commitment, refine their skills and competencies, serve the local populace, and advance the east-west cooperation and pairing assistance initiatives with tangible outcomes.
They should treasure the opportunities for growth and development, uphold excellent work conduct, and fully exemplify the adventurous and pragmatic spirit of cadres and talents in Jing'an. They should aim to achieve accomplishments in vibrant practices while strictly adhering to self-discipline and steadfastly upholding the principle of integrity.
They should prioritize action, willingly face challenges, and achieve further success in promoting east-west cooperation and rural revitalization. With the perspective of "success need not be attributed to me, but success surely owes to my contribution", the cadres and talents should actively contribute to consolidating poverty alleviation outcomes in paired regions and advancing rural revitalization. Relevant departments should consistently care about the work and well-being of the dispatched cadres and talents and strive to provide them with robust support.
During the symposium, representatives of cadres and talents assisting Yunnan, as well as representatives from the dispatching units, delivered speeches and engaged in exchanges. They expressed their determination to continue their efforts, stay true to their mission, accomplish the tasks entrusted by the organization, and strive to compose a new chapter in Jing'an District's endeavors in external assistance.
Mo Liangjin, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jing'an District Committee and Head of its Organization Department, chaired the symposium, with the participation of Fu Jun, a member of the Standing Committee and Executive Deputy District Mayor.
