In early 2026, PAC and Magic City Eat-Too-Much Team will co-host the first "Free Baking Festival" on January 16‒18 and January 23‒25. The six-day festival will invite more than 25 popular brands. Join us for this delightful celebration of food, music, and joy! Try all your favorite breads and desserts in one place!
Popular brands
Various premium brands in Shanghai will join PAC's "Free Baking Festival". They include Mercado 505 (renowned for its best Basque cheesecakes in Shanghai), Kidono (famous for its most delicious oden in the city), Papito Pancakes (Shanghai's crepe pioneer), and I Love Baursak (the first branch of Urumqi's most popular brunch restaurant in Shanghai). These brands will enrich the festival's culinary offerings.
In addition to baked goods, visitors can enjoy Shanghai's best oden, Xinjiang breakfast specialties, cakes that bring people comfort, and American ice cream. With hot soups, cool drinks, and desserts all in one place, the festival will offer a satisfying feast.

During the festival, daily folk concerts will accompany your leisure time with melodious tunes. Star-studded curtains and lights will illuminate the venue, creating a dreamlike atmosphere after dark. Visitors can pose with the giant "PAC Croissant" at the specially designed 3D bread photo wall.
Moreover, four traditional rabbit lantern workshops will showcase intangible cultural heritage. Mystery box lucky bags will be available for pre-order at just RMB 9.9, featuring drinks crafted by a latte art champion and premium desserts.
