In Baoshan Road Sub-district, business services boast both substantial policy support and heartfelt cultural warmth. Recently, a characteristic Party lecture and business environment-themed activity of The Road to Awakening: Revolutionary Baoshan Road City Bus + City Walk Mobile Classroom was successfully held. The organizer invited representatives from the Jing'an District Talent Service Center, Shanghai Xingjian College, Shanghai Association of Enterprises of Overseas Talents, Shanghai Computer Trade Association, Shanghai Elevator Trade Association, as well as many key local enterprises to participate. By integrating the inheritance of revolutionary culture into the development of the business environment, it has built an efficient interactive platform for enterprises and talents.

Dressed in elegant qipao and refined long gowns, participants were instantly transported back to the extraordinary years of a century ago. During the immersive simulation Party lecture, The Road to Awakening II—Traveling Through a Century of the May Thirtieth Movement, they relived the revolutionary scenes on Baoshan Road during the 1925 May Thirtieth Movement.

Afterwards, a specific City Bus set off slowly, taking participants on a tour of three revolutionary landmarks along The Road to Awakening: Huzhou Guild Hall, the exhibition site of the former Federation of Trade Unions of Shanghai, and the Commercial Press's Red Education Base. Following the footprints of history across a century of vicissitudes, they connected with revolutionary pioneers across time and gained a profound understanding of the original aspiration of the workers' movement through this walking journey.

The City Bus carried not only history but also practical services. Inside this Mobile Classroom, policy support was brought closer to people: the Jing'an District Talent Service Center interpreted key policy points on site, so the latest talent policies are easy to understand; Shanghai Xingjian College shared school-enterprise cooperation and vocational skills training programs; and representatives of trade associations held open discussions on industrial collaboration and technology sharing. Copies of the Baoshan Road Sub-district Enterprise Service Manual were distributed, covering policy coordination, legal consultation, financing support, and other diversified services to help enterprises develop steadily.

Participants spoke highly of the activity, noting that it not only strengthened enterprises' sense of historical mission and social responsibility but also made the local business environment warmer and more cohesive.

An enterprise representative commented, "The organic integration of revolutionary education and business services is innovative in form and profound in connotation. While drawing inspiration from the striving spirit of our predecessors, we have also gained precise insights into talent subsidies and innovation support policies. We are more confident now in talent team building and technological research and development."

A youth talent representative from the Shanghai Association of Enterprises of Overseas Talents said, "As a returnee entrepreneur, I am deeply touched by the historical heritage and talent services of Baoshan Road Sub-district. The on-site policy interpretation was detailed and timely, pointing the way for innovation and entrepreneurship in Shanghai."

Going forward, Baoshan Road Sub-district will continue to refine its series of business tours, build more platforms for exchanges between enterprises and talents, and advance the integrated development of revolutionary resources and business environment construction. This will empower the revolutionary spirit to thrive in the new era and foster a better business ecosystem to boost high-quality regional development.
