Gao Fei, male and a Han Chinese, born in October 1964, member of the CPC, with a master’s degree from the Party School of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee. Current Deputy Secretary of the CPC Jing’an District Committee  and Headof the Organization Department ofJing’an District.
