Chen Zhizhong, male, Han Chinese, was born in February 1971, and received the Master’s degree from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. He is one of the current members of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jing’an District Committee and a political commissar of the People’s Armed Forces Department of Jing'an District.
