Jiang Jian, male and a Han Chinese, born in June 1971, with a part-time university degree when joining the workforce, member of the CPC. Current Deputy District Mayor of the Jing’an District People’s Government, Secretary of the Party Committee of and Chief and Inspector General of the Jing’an Branch of Shanghai Public Security Bureau, and Deputy Secretary of the Politics and Law Committee of the CPC Jing’an District Committee.
