According to the relevant provisions of the Measures (Trial) for the Application, Use, and Management of Seal Engraving Subsidy Funds for Newly Established Enterprises in Jing'an District, newly established enterprises in Jing'an District can select seal engraving service enterprises through the Shanghai "One-network-wide Handling" Online Enterprise Registration Platform and use seal engraving subsidy funds to engrave a set of official seals made of basic materials. Now we are publicly recruiting seal engraving service enterprises willing to join this platform.

Registration Requirements: 1. Eligible applicants are enterprises that have obtained a Special Industry (Official Seal Engraving Industry) License or have completed record-filing procedures for the official seal engraving industry, i.e., enterprises listed in the "Shanghai Municipal Public Security Management Information System for Special Industry (Official Seal Engraving)" directory. 2. Eligible applicants shall commit to the product quality and service quality in official seal engraving.

1. Product Quality: Adopt blank materials that comply with the standard GA 241.1-2018. The clarity of the official seal impression shall be over 98%;

2. Service Timeliness: Complete the seal engraving and delivery within 2 hours for orders of newly-established enterprises in Jing'an District;

3. Price Transparency: The total price of a full set of official seals made of basic materials (including corporate seal, finance seal, invoice seal, and legal representative seal) shall not exceed Jing'an District's government-subsidized seal engraving price of RMB 100;

4. Liability for Violations: In case of enterprise complaints arising from quality defects, we shall voluntarily accept platform removal and bear corresponding compensation liabilities.
